Product Description

Spiral wound gaskets use high quality SS304, SS316 ("V" or "W" shape) metal strip and other alloyed materials with graphite. Other flexible materials are overlapped and spirally wound, and the metal strip is spot welded at the beginning and end. Their function is to act as a seal between the two flanges.

Performance: High temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, good compression and rebound rate. Application: Sealing of parts of pipes, valves, pumps, manholes, pressure vessels and heat exchangers at the joints of petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, paper making, medicine, etc. are ideal static sealing materials.

Stainless steel strip shape: "V" "W" "SUS" "U". Stainless steel belt material: A3, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Monel, Titanium Ta. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure steam and high pressure steam, oil, oil and gas, solvent, hot coal body oil, etc.
